V.     PUBLIC HEARING

     A public hearing will be held to solicit public input on the proposed use of the Local Law

     Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) funds.

VI.     ORDINANCES IN POSITION

     a.     Bill No. 2001-22 - Second Reading

          An Ordinance to annex property owned by Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust

          located at 2014 South Irby Street.

     b.     Bill No. 2001-23 - Second Reading

          An Ordinance to annex and zone properties owned by Gianco Ltd. located off

          West Palmetto Street and Old Ebenezer Road by amending the Zoning Atlas of

          the City of Florence.

VII.     INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES

     a.     Bill No. 2001-24 - First Reading

          An Ordinance to annex and zone properties located in the Spaulding Heights

          Subdivision off of North Irby Street and the Sam Harrell Road area to include

          High Hampton Road, McIver Road, Alpine Trail, Sierra Range, North Irby Street,

          Norwood Lane and East Ashby Road, Florence and owned by property owners as

          shown on Attachment "A" by amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.

          (Note: The Economic Feasibility Analysis will be provided to Council on Monday)

 

     b.     Bill No. 2001-25 - First Reading

          An Ordinance to annex and zone property owned by Florence County Recreation

          Commission located at 302 and 304 Shenandoah Lane by amending the

          Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.

          (Note: The Economic Feasibility Analysis will be provided to Council on Monday)

 

VIII.     REPORTS TO COUNCIL

     a.     Appointments to Boards and Commissions

     b.     A report on a request to purchase the WYNN building.
