V.   ORDINANCES IN POSITION

a. Bill No. 2000-17 - Second Reading
    An Ordinance to rezone the property owned by Tinsel Plywood Corporation located at 200 Chase Street by amending the Zoning Atlas of the City of Florence.
(NOTE: Mr. Gene Brunson has requested that this item be deferred until January, 2001)

b. Bill No.2000-37 - Second Reading
    An Ordinance to annex and zone the properties owned by Ms. Patricia Hardman, Ms. Betty Hardwick, Ms. H. M. Vause, Mr. & Mrs.Francis Sims, Ms. Mildred Jeffords, Ms. G. W. McKenzie, Mr. & Mrs. Sam Chalian, Ms. Uldine Ashcraft, Mr. Lawrence Davis, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Fleck, Ms. Millissia Dawn Gibson, Mr. Jonathan Harold, Mr. Ronald Glover, Mr. William Sawicki, Mr. Roger Sawyer, Mr. W. C. c.  Bill No. 2000-43 - Second Reading
     An Ordinance to assign properties annexed by Ordinance No. 2000-15 located in the Spaulding Heights Subdivision and Sam Harrell Road area to voting Districts 1 and 2 within the City of Florence.

VI.   REPORTS TO COUNCIL

a.   Appointments to Boards and Commissions.

b.   A report on a request from McLeod Regional Medical Center for the City of Florence to abandon the "Old 10' Alleyway" and the "Old East Houston Street".

c.   A report from the Florence County Historical Society on placing or relocating historical markers.

d.   A report to review information and provide guidance regarding a public education campaign for the acceptance of a stormwater utility.

e.   An update on a request received by Dixon Furniture Company for Council to establish two parking spaces in front of their establishment with a limited parking time.
